Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

In certain circumstances detailed below, you shall be entitled to exchange your product for a different size or color of the same product type provided they are of equivalent value. Exchanges are subject to product availability at our warehouse. You can request an exchange by emailing us at support@yeezyeasy.ae. The request for an exchange of the product is subject to the following conditions:

• You may only request the replacement of one or more purchased products with products of the same type, but in a different size and/or color.
• You may request to exchange the products within and not later than seven days.
• the product(s) for which you request the replacement must be returned in the same condition they were sent. They must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged, and they must still have their identification tags attached.
• It is not possible to send an exchange request for products that were purchased using a promotional code.

After receiving the product(s) to be exchanged, we will inspect the product(s) to check that all the above conditions have been fulfilled. The costs for shipping the replacement product(s) shall be borne by the Customer.

You will be contacted if your request for an exchange cannot be accepted because the above conditions have not been met. If so, we will contact you to ask whether you wish the product(s) to be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse the delivery, yeezyeasy reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

IDENTIFICATION TAGS

All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way.

 

ORDER MISSING/NOT DELIVERED?

If your item has not arrived within 2 business days after ordering, please contact us for a free replacement order. Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

DISCLAIMER

Yeezyeasy reserves the right to decide if the items are used or worn to not accept the return. If items are returned without the sealable tags, yeezyeasy reserves the right to return the package to the sender at his own costs.

Yeezyeasy shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
